Ensure process improvement loop for improving Web Service delivery. This is achieved by seeking feedback by polling clients following website launches, and using it inform discussions at our Web Team meetings.

Maintain a website check-off process, which will be followed to ensure quality prior to the launch of a new website. This will include checking for broken links, testing for validation errors, identifying missing content and pages and highlighting any navigation issues.

Maintain the agreed Service-Level Agreement (SLA) document for the Web Team service, to define our response levels for routine updates (content updates, etc.). Produce periodic reports of request resolution times for the School Web and IT Committees.
