Storage areas available from Faculty systems. University policies and general information on managing data.

(a) The M Drive

The main University personal storage area - this is covered by a comprehensive backup system and can be used to store all critical work.(10Gb max).

(b) The N Drive

The N: Drive is a departmental shared drive for files, folders and documents. Access to shared areas is normally restricted to members of the faculty or service but you can request access to other areas.

(c) The Z Drive

Faculty personal storage area (40Gb max) which is used for Linux home directories, and to supplement centrally provided personal areas.

(d) Research Storage

Information on central University and Faculty systems for storing large volumes of research data.

(e) OneDrive - University of Leeds

OneDrive@University of Leeds is a work related personal cloud storage area which can be used create, store and share folders and/or individual documents. .

(f) Advanced Research Computing

Support information for using High Performance Computing resources at Leeds.
