All members of the university, whether staff, student, or visitor, will need a username to access any of the universities IT facilities.

This section provides general information on how to obtain and manage your individual university username, as well as Information on how to set up a project accounts, visitor usernames, and HPC usernames.

If you enter the wrong username and password combination more than three times, then your account will lock. When an account is locked, you will have to wait (usually 30 minutes) before it unlocks on its own.

(h) What to do if you've forgotten your password

f you have changed your password from the original default password, we can't find out what it is as the password is encrypted. However, we can reset your password.
